    1. Information We Collect

    Personal Information

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you create an account or use our services.

    Call Recording and Transcription

We record and transcribe calls to provide our AI calling services. This includes:

    • Audio recordings of all calls made through our service
    • Automated transcriptions of call content for analysis and quality improvement
    • Call metadata including duration, timestamps, participant information, and call quality metrics
    • AI interaction logs and conversation flow data

Recordings are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authorized personnel for service improvement, quality assurance, and dispute resolution purposes.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • To provide and improve our AI calling services
    • To process payments and billing
    • To communicate with you about your account and services
    • To ensure service security and prevent fraud
    • To comply with legal obligations

    3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our service, processing payments, or providing customer support.

    4. Business Search (Google Maps)

When you use in-app business search, the text you type and a session identifier are sent through our servers to Google Maps Platform to find matching businesses. When you select a business, we retrieve its name, address, and listed phone number from Google to show it to you and to verify the number we call.

We store the Google place identifier and the verified phone number with your free trial and call records. We do not store your search text, and we do not cache business names or addresses. Google's processing of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

    5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

    6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

    • Call audio recordings: Automatically deleted after 30 days unless flagged for dispute resolution or required by law
    • Call transcriptions: Retained for 90 days for quality assurance and service improvement
    • Call metadata: Retained for up to 1 year for billing, analytics, and compliance purposes
    • Account information: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion

You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected], subject to legal and operational requirements.

    7. Your Rights and Controls

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

    • Access and review your personal information
    • Request correction of inaccurate information
    • Request deletion of your personal information
    • Object to processing of your personal information
    • Data portability rights where applicable

    Disabling Server Recording

You have the right to disable server-side call recording at any time through your account settings. When disabled:

    • New calls will not be recorded or transcribed on our servers
    • Live AI assistance will still function using real-time processing only
    • Call metadata (duration, timestamps) will still be collected for billing purposes
    • Quality assurance and dispute resolution capabilities will be limited

To disable recording, go to Settings → Privacy → Call Recording and toggle off "Enable Server Recording". This setting can be changed at any time.
